WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Refunds from returns will always be charged-back to the credit card with the original order was paid from and refunds over fourteen days will be given back with a gift certificate.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally to various countries. There are various delivery methods with different shipping times and shipping costs you can choose. In many countries like United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, EU countries and others, we have developed our Express Shipping Channel. Thus, we can shorten the average shipping times to 5-8 days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. After which, you have 21 days to issue for an exchange in size. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Once we receive your return, we will refund your order minus any shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please see our Returns Page for further details.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lanasolange.com or logging into your account and clicking on the return dasboard. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
After you have read our returns policy you may log into your account, and click on the returns button in the orders section in the dashboard. Please do not send your purchase back to unless it has been approved for a full refund or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

You may return or exchange your product just like any other order as long as you request for a return by email or loging into your account.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the amount refunded to your bank account.

WHY IS MY ITEM ON BACKORDER?

Your item is may be on back order becuse it is not avaible after the purchse was made becuase it may have sold out soon after. In an instance that this might happen we will do everything we can to get your product within a week, if your product is still not avaiablle after a week, then we will isssue you a full refund.

WHAT ARE YOU EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE iTEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not return or refund item such as underwear or panties due to the nature of these products. We also do not return bodysuits or swmiwear if the protective seal in the bottom area have been removed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
